It almost hit 60 degrees today!

This is what it looked like from our deck tonight while Paul was grilling.

I think blogging may be a winter sport. With the weather being nicer I am already starting to slack. Only time will tell if I will have to do another re-cap come autumn.

The sky is bluish gray and there are clouds but it hasn't rained and it almost hit 60 degrees! I am in heaven. I met Paul for lunch to pick out a suit for the wedding. It felt great zipping around town with the windows down in his car. Normally I don't enjoy such things. I even opened windows in the house for the first time in forever. I went and got hamburgers and buns so that Paul could grill for us tonight. Look at the carnage. Yum!

You should have seen Andrew's face light up when he found out what we were having for dinner. The best part? The kids are all outside playing. What more could I ask for?

Last week I finally broke down and bought some stuff for my Project 365. Weeds and Wildflowers Design has been taunting me with emails since the beginning of the year. Their stuff is *so* not my typical linear, symmetrical, clean style but I adore it. I wasn't sure if I could break out of my box and make it work for me but I decided I would give it a try. I am slowly re-doing my January pages after the kids are in bed. I am still not 100% sure how I feel about the first week. (That is all I have done so far) I love the style when I see others use it, but for me, I over think everything too much. I also think I journal too much but I can't help that.

My favorite part of their kit is the monthly calendar review page. That is what really pushed my right over the edge to buy the kit and some accessories. I had to have it. I just got January's all put together today. It took a little bit of time but for February and the months to come I am just plugging in the pictures right after I blog them. It is so easy and I LOVE the outcome. I want the month to hurry up and finish so I can start a new one! I have been neglecting the weekly pages for the calendar pages but that is very typical of me. Wanna see? I think it is so cool.
