I have been gathering goodies each time I go to the grocery store so that the kids and I could make some Christmas treats while they are out of school.
I planned on making Corn Flake wreaths, pretzel/Rolo/M&M thingies, easy turtles, cookies and cream snowmen, peppermint bark Christmas trees, and cookies, cookies and more cookies. I have a bug up my butt to try caramels even though I don't like them. Andrew does though.
Last night Emma couldn't wait so I let her make a small batch of stuff to munch on while we watched Night at the Museum 2.
I just wanted to throw this in here too. Slowly but surely we are getting in the mood for the holidays.
